Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to feel completely confident in what you've chosen. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy to correct.

Returns We do not offer returns/refunds on our products. All products are eligible for exchange, provided they match our conditions.

Exchanges If you'd like a different size or colour, let us know when you initiate your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the product is damaged/defected, please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase. Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will undergo quality inspection. If it passes, a fresh piece will be dispatched to you within standard shipping timelines.

In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, we will process a refund after a full investigation of the matter.

Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet this condition.

Limited Fold Returns As Limited Fold pieces are produced in restricted quantities, please review sizing carefully before purchase, as the exchange is highly dependent on the availability of the stock. In case your required size is not in stock, we will not be able to provide an exchange of the same product. You may select a different style instead.
